David Blinder, President of Rescue CPR, has been involved in the emergency response arena for more than forty years. He has advanced training from military medical sources, primarily Army Special Forces, and was a nationally certified EMT-Paramedic (NREMT). As a result, his techniques are reality- based and designed to be effective under stressful situations, regardless of the environment.

As an American Heart Association certified instructor, he teaches people of all backgrounds including the military, the medical community, corporations and educational institutions. He is a staff instructor for an American Heart Association national training center and for Northside Hospital in Atlanta. David is also certified by the Department of Defense and Homeland Security as a Stop the Bleed instructor.
